I purchased this desk we actually have two of them and they work great. At one point the down button wouldn’t work and I called Support and they quickly helped me resolve the issue by resetting the control. Great customer support even a year after we bought the product and they still helped us. This desk also fits two monitors plus my laptop and a bunch of other stuff we really like these desks. Highly recommend. Also we put some small treadmills under ours to also allow for walking during the day.I bought this desk over a year ago and it's been my daily desk ever since. It has always worked perfectly and I've never had any issues. Ivd recommend this to all of my friends who where looking at getting a new desk and I would definitely buy another one if I needed a 2nd deskLove my desk! Had an issue with the buttons tripping but support helped me easily, within a few minutes on chat support. Great quality, sturdy, and clean look. This desk is such a steal for the price! Makes work days so much better on my body.Considering the low cost of this desk it’s hard to fault it. I was worried that the desk would wobble too much and with less than 1” thick tabletop but it has performed well. Mounted two 14 lbs monitors to the table top and still sturdy even when elevated significantly. I deducted one star due to the tacky and cheap flexispot letter decals on the side of the table top. In fact the letter “t” was missing so yeah. Removal of the letters took a little time but now it looks very clean.I’ve been wanting to get a standing desk for years, but was always a bit intimidated by having to assemble it. This desk is truly easy to set up: all of the mechanical components and electronics are preassembled, so literally all you have to do is attach the legs and feet with an Allen wrench, attach the control buttons, and plug it in. That’s it!The only issue I had (which was very quickly resolved) was that after I initially plugged it in, for some reason the desk would only lower but not raise. I checked the troubleshooting section of the manual, which described this exact problem and said to simply “reset” the mechanism by holding one of the buttons for 5 seconds. I’m not sure why that was necessary, but I did so and it’s worked perfectly ever since.The desk itself is very solidly constructed; it doesn’t wobble or shake or anything like that, and the surface is a single piece with no seams. The lifting mechanism operates smoothly and is relatively quiet. It also has a feature where if you hold one of the control buttons for longer than 1 second, you can let go and it will continue moving in that direction (like an automatic window in a car), which is nice. The box also includes a couple of adhesive cable ties you can use to run any loose wires along the underside of the desk so that they don’t hang down in your way.It shipped very quickly, too: I placed my order on a Sunday night, with free shipping, and despite an estimated delivery date of Friday (which would’ve been totally acceptable to me), it appeared on my doorstep on Tuesday morning!Overall, knowing now how easy this was to assemble, I’m mad at myself for not buying one sooner! Well worth the money.As a freelance artist and small business owner who works from home everyday, I'm constantly hunched over my desk. After many years of doing this, I've developed a pretty bad posture and back pain. That being said, I was in dire need of ergonomic change so I finally got my hands on this standing desk by Flexispot! This has been on my wishlist for months as it's been highly recommended to me by my friends in the creative industry so I already knew I was going to love it.- Putting together furniture is always a bit intimidating at first but don't be fooled - this was incredibly easy to assemble! The directions were straight forward and every piece was labeled appropriately. The entire process only took me about 10-15 minutes!- I'm really impressed with the height of this table!!! I have a small space and try to maximize the use of my area as much as possible so having this option allows me store a lot of my inventory underneath. My partner often helps me with my work and since he's much taller than me, we can easily adjust the desk to accommodate his height.- I've been using this desk to package orders and often times, I'll have a handful of heavy packages placed on top of it. The desk itself is so sturdy and I've had no problems with how much I'm able to place on top of it. It's also very spacious and I'm able to multitask as needed.- Lastly, it's such a visually pleasing desk and is a perfect addition to my at home studio! It blends in perfectly with the rest of my decor and the quality is *chefs kiss*Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and my WFH experience has significantly improved. Honestly, if I could, I would rate this product beyond five stars... highly highly recommend!!!I paid about $250 and it's an affordable table. It does what it's meant to do. It is loud but not loud enough to wake up someone. It just makes a mechanical noise when going up or down. Assembly is so easy and like literally less than 10 minutes. The buttons are kind of funny to play with. Sometimes it can go all the way up or down if you hold the button and some times it stops and reverses for a second. I find myself going in one direction one second at a time. Not a deal breaker. I have about 90 lbs on my desk with 3 monitors etc. Love it regardless and it just works great for the price. Let's are very sturdy and unevenness can be adjusted. The engine does lock if you over press it all the way down after it had stopped going down. Just press and hold down again until it unlocks itself. Nothing breaks during the prorcess but it can scare you that it might've have broken. I would buy this again. FYI it's very sturdy.I really like this desk! It is easily adjustable and only took like 3 min to put together!My only complaint is that it is not long enough! It holds my PC and one monitor but not big enough to hold 2 so I am purchasing dual arms.Overall 8.5/10
