So easy to use my daughter lovescit great for travel.A plastic latch piece broke off first time using, but does hinder the useage of the product. Was just disappointed something broke right away.We got these as lap tables to use when eating in the car. The legs are more suited to children, but the table works perfectly with the legs folded up!This has came in handy so many times. It's greatThis is exactly what I was looking for!!! I needed something to elevate my son's DVD player at his table. He can put his drawing pads underneath it. So glad I found this product. 5 stars all the way!!!Ordered this for use on car trips. Fits perfectly over our car seat (we have a Britax Advocate and a Britax Boulevard) and stays in place much better than the soft fold-up ones we've tried and tossed before. I liked that this one had the trays on either side of that middle compartment, so my daughter was able to keep her crayons in there without having to open and close the lid every time she wanted a new color. I could see this being much less sturdy for use at home, particularly if you have a kid that's going to want to lean on it, but for us in the car it was perfect. I love that the legs fold up and click into place, making this really easy to store. The only con of this product is that it can be tricky to open/close both the legs and the lid, so I had to help my daughter do that each time. Otherwise, this far exceeded my expectations for our road trip.Second time buying these for my kiddos, the older 2 love them and now got some for the younger two. They’re light and sturdy, and easy for them to open and close. They love drawing. One came in original packaging, but the other came in different packaging and was clearly used. Has some dark scuff marks, and all kinds of small glitter or hair like pieces all over. Sprayed off in sink, and had to wipe down completely with Clorox wipes. Annoying since the bottom has so many little crevices. And disappointing to get something in used condition when paying full price! Knocked off stars for that. If you get it new, it’s worth it.I bought one for each of my children to help make school work, coloring, and crafts a little more comfortable when we're on the floor. I love how they can keep their pencils, crayons, scissors, glue, etc. inside, then when they're ready to work, they can set the necessary items on standby in the spaces on the sides. The desks are compact enough that they're easy to store under the coffee table when we're not using them. They are also quite sturdy! The only downside is that the legs are a challenge to fold down. Neither of my children (ages 5 and 2.5) can do it independently, and I honestly struggle with it, too. You have to pull or push each leg really hard, and when it finally releases, it releases very quickly (which can be bad news when it leads to pinched or smashed hands/fingers). If you're looking for something that your small children can manage independently, just beware.Overall, this is a great little desk, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!
