The flag is sturdy because it screws into a base. The flag itself is okay sheer but it's not secured well onto the pole, so it drops to 1/2 staff easily. I'll have to secure it somehow so it stays up.The flag itself is if noticeably poor quality. The stitching was not tied off, and coming apart right out of the bag. Ended up re-sewing it completely. Also, the pole-hem is sewed so that it covers some of the flag, making the dimensions slightly off and obscuring some of the print… this case, part of the Union Jack in the corner (see photos). The rest of it is unhemmed, which is consistent with the listing pictures, but the coarse polyester seems vulnerable to future fraying. As a note, I had to mount the flag on the pole myself, which means the flag will have to be glued, clipped, or otherwise attached to the pole.heavy stand and great flagExactly what I wanted in a product.
