For the month I've had it it's very comfortable. Unfortunately though shortly after the month the metal joists separated between the bottom and back of the chair. It became unbalanced and kept leaning far forward when sitting in it. I thought it was me just leaning forward but it wasn't. I looked underneath it and realized the tears in the pleather. I pushed the chair a bit and realized it was loose. Then I flipped it over and found that it's supports had snapped.I'm not sure what I'm looking for here but the box was so busted up that the screws fell out of the open hole. Once I found enough screws around the house to set the chair up, I loved it, but I need to know if I can get some screws sent. Chair is well worth the money though. I tip out of it constantly, though, honestly, but I'm goofy so idk.Hard to assemble. And the charging port is cheaply made. As you unplug it, it pulls itself out and wires are exposed. But overall it seems to do the job. My son does like it alot so it's whatever.Everything was easy to put together but I was missing the Charging cable to be able to listen to the Bluetooth off the chair. I purchased a chair so I can be able to craft and be comfortable works great for that.only 3 months old - won't hold height adjustment now - contacted seller for warranty - response was past 30 day sale. Too bad huh? Will complain to Amazon, but they are also getting less and less helpful these days and don't expect any satisfaction - will re-post if anything positive occurs. VERY BAD QUALITY horrible service, outlandish warranty of 30 days for chair - WTF!!!???DislikeDidn't last 4 months before the welding on the inside snapped. Now it leans to the side pretty badly. I had a friend re-weld it, but that only lasted a month.Didn’t have 6 months and weld to chair bracket broke out of nowhere and almost injured me and my 6 month old son. I left a message to seller and they never replied back to replace due to a manufacturer weld fault in the chair. It was in the sit up position not the Lay back position when weld busted.
