Since working from home amid the last couple of years and using a card table for my computer, scanner and workspace desk and a piano bench for a printer table (I know, right?), I FINALLY decided to invest in my workspace as we will continue to work from home awhile longer.I chose this desk for the price # 1, the upper desk panel that allows a monitor/laptop, scanner, etc to sit above the main desk platform, freeing up the actual desk space for work space. I am pleased to report that the desk has met and exceeded my expectations! Excellent value for the price (as of 2/17/23 it was $ 129.00).It is a very sturdy, spacious desk top that has provided me the perfect work from home work station! It was easy to assemble taking just over an hour. If I were to be somewhat critical of the design, it would be the following:1) The shelving space between each other (on the side of the desk that has 2 shelves) is just a hair shy of being able to stand a binder upright and be used as a shelf for binders....that would have been awesome to be able to stand up my binders. As it is I have to lay them down. It is still very usable space (though it doesn't look pretty), but perhaps re-think that design idea or at least one for one of the shelves. Just a thought.2) The shelving unit for the supposed tower (I don't have a tower, so my printer is in that spot), It would be nice if there was an optional shelving space or small drawer for pencils, supplies, etc. at the top of that side of the desk in that slot - There is just wasted space for me in that area because like I said, I am using that spot for a printerOther than that, I have no complaints so far and am looking forward to working in my new space!! Great desk, great price!
