I bought this chair because the old hunk of trash I was using (got it from Nissan dealership I worked at, boss was throwing it out a week after he got it. Guess I know why now. But I digress.) made my back hurt constantly. This is not only comfortable but it’s stirdy. Wheels work just fine. I read a ton of reviews and almost spend another 150$ on a chair that I’m almost positive is the same exact thing that I got. Don’t be fooled. It’s totally worth the money. The adjustable back cushion is great for lower lumbar support. The top pillow is nice if your leaned WAAAY back (doesn’t do much otherwise). The recline works great. Lever system is built well and the chairs heaight adjustment is nice and tall for us big guys. I mean it has only been a week but so far it’s a great comfortable chair. The directions are very easy and are very understandable. Not sure what people meant by them being vague. It came very very quickly. All the peices were neatly packed nuts and bolts came in a bubble pack. Yea. Hella good chair. Hella good price. Quit being so dam critical people. Almost chased me outa a badass chair. It’s like rotten tomatoe movie reviews in here. People think the coolest stuff sucks. Not cool. ?
